Morgan Volpe

M.S., NCC, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Morgan Volpe is the founder of EOLAS Wellness and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern specializing in trauma, high-performing professionals, and relationship wellness. She believes meaningful change begins with understanding and is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals.

Morgan's professional background includes developing and leading an embedded mental health program within public safety, where she has worked alongside first responders, leaders, and professionals navigating high-stress environments. That experience reinforced her belief that strength and struggle often exist together, and that even the most capable individuals deserve a place to slow down, gain perspective, and invest in their own wellbeing.

Morgan's clinical approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

She founded EOLAS Wellness to create a boutique counseling practice where exceptional clinical care, meaningful human connection, and individualized treatment come together to support lasting growth.

Outside of counseling, Morgan enjoys traveling, spending time with family, tackling home renovation projects, and continually expanding her knowledge through professional development and lifelong learning.
